Important: Sublimation transfers work best on white or light-colored polyester fabrics and specially coated sublimation blanks. White ink is not printed.

File Quality: 300 DPI or greater

Single Print Images: Please indicate the final image dimensions in writing. 

Gang Prints: We cannot resize your images in a gang file. Ensure sizes are correct prior to submitting for printing.

• Artwork needs to be in CMYK Format. If RGB is sent, it will be converted to CMYK. Color differences may occur. We are not responsible for any color differences. 
• Your image will be printed as is. If it is blurry on the screen, it will be blurry when printed.
• DO NOT MIRROR - We automatically mirror when printing. 
• Max Widths Available: 17" or 24"

Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 1–2 business days. Orders completed sooner will be available for pickup as soon as they are ready.

Need it today? Select Same-Day Priority (+$15) when ordering. Same-Day Priority moves your print-ready order to priority production for completion the same business day when submitted before the applicable cutoff.

Same-Day Priority applies to production time only. Artwork must meet our print-ready requirements.

We strive to ship orders quickly. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

Transfers are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

If there is an issue with the transfers and they are defective, contact us immediately for review and resolution. 

Material must be polyester or made for sublimation. 

Most Fabrics & Hard Surfaces:

• Time: 45-60 seconds
• Temperature: 390F

Settings are only a suggestion and may vary with your heat press. 

We highly suggest using butch paper to protect your heat press and substrate from ink blowout.

• Sublimation Transfers only work on Polyester Fabric (>65%) or polyester coated substrates.
• NO COTTON. NO DARK COLORS.
• Sublimation imprints into the product providing no feel and long lasting color when using the correct material and pressing settings. 

Our Sublimation Transfers are printed using quality sublimation paper and ink.

NOTE: 
A heat press is required to adhere the sublimation transfer to your chosen substrate.
