Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Certain products will incur a 15% restock fee. Current products with restock fee: Bluetooth Speaker Tumblers

We do not pay for return shipping. It will be deducted from your refund amount.

Custom Products and Classes/Workshops are non-refundable. No exceptions. 

Classes/Workshops
Classes/Workshops are non-refundable. A class can be rescheduled 2x. If unable to attend the 2nd reschedule, you will have to purchase again to attend the class.

Note: If a person tries to reschedule for a 3rd time, your booking will be cancelled.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Note: Delivery is determined by the date picked up in store or the date tracking shows delivered. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom items of any type. Due to the nature of custom items, it is made specifically for you as a customer and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges for them. If there is an error in your custom item contact us immediately to review and resolve it.

Note: Invoices serve as the final communication for all items. We will provide the order based on the invoice. The invoice will be updated with any changes in the order that are communicated. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the invoice is correct. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
