How Design Process:
- Select your stole style
- Provide the details for your stole and any additional information you would like to include. Provide as much information as possible to help our team design the stole for you.
- You will receive an email with a mockup for your approval.
- After approval your stole will go into production. Our standard turnaround time after approval is 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Your stole is printed based on your approved design. We are not responsible for any misspelling and/or errors in the design once a design is approved.
All designs must be approved in writing.

Our stoles are 70"-72" in length. This equates to about 36" on both sides.

Our stoles are custom made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your completed item, contact us immediately to be resolved.

Rush Orders
- An order can be rushed for an additional fee.
- Rush orders are completed within 1-3 business days after an approved design.
- Embroidery rush are completed within 3-5 business days after an approved design.
- Rush Order fee does not expediate shipping. It only expediates the production process.
Standard Turnaround Times
- Orders are ready 7 business days after an approved design.
- Embroidery Stoles are ready 7-14 business days after approved design.

How long does it take to receive my stole?
Turnaround time includes design preparation, mockup approval, production, and shipping. Delays in submitting information or approving your mockup can affect your delivery timeline. Please review the current production estimate before ordering.
Will I receive a mockup before my stole is made?
Yes! We'll send a digital mockup to your email for review and approval. Production begins only after your final design is approved.
Can I upload my own photos, logos, or artwork?
Absolutely! You can upload photos, school logos, artwork, and other design elements directly through the customization form. For the best results, submit clear, high-resolution files.
What if I need changes to my mockup?
You can request adjustments through the approval process before production begins. Significant redesigns or additional revisions may require an additional fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Can I order without having a design ready?
Yes! Share your colors, wording, photos, and ideas in the order form. Our team will use the information you provide to create your digital mockup.
Can I request a physical sample or prototype?
We do not offer prototypes or physical samples. We do have random samples available for viewing at our studio.
What happens after I approve my design?
Your approved design is released for production. Please review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and placement carefully, as design changes may not be possible once production begins.
Will my stole look exactly like the digital mockup?
The mockup is a visual representation of your design. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and artwork placement may differ slightly due to the shape, construction, and sewing of the finished stole.
Can I return or cancel a customized stole
Our custom stoles are specifically made for your order and are non-refundable.
