REMOVE BACKGROUND FOR DTF ORDERS ONLY 

  • This is an add on service only.
  • We will remove the background of your image.
  • Note: Additional Fee may be required for complicated background removals. You will be notified if this is the case.
  • Removals are typically completed within 24 hours of ordering. 

Art File / Requirements

File Type: .PNG, .AI, .PDF, .PSD, .JPG

File Quality: 300 DPI or greater

Single Print Images: Please indicate the final image dimensions in writing.

Gang Prints: We cannot resize your images in a gang file. Ensure sizes are correct prior to submitting for printing.

  • Artwork needs to be in CMYK Format. If RGB is sent, it will be converted to CMYK. Color differences may occur. We are not responsible for any color differences.
  • Remove any shadow or gradient effects. It will not print as you see on the screen.
  • Remove the Background. We do not always check files prior to printing. IF YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND IT WILL BE PRINTED.

  • We may cancel your order if it does not meet requirements.

Shipping & Returns

Transfers are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with the transfers and they are defective, contact us immediately for review and resolution.

Water Based DTF pigment ink prined on High Quality DTF PET film.

Use Instructions

This film is a COLD PEEL Transfer film. Film must be completely cooled down before attempting to remove the film.

When will My order be ready?

Current Production Time is 2 days.

EXAMPLE:

Monday - Order Placed

Wednesday - Order Available for Pickup

We do offer Rush Order for a $15 fee.

Rush My Order

$15 Rush Fee

  • Order must be received by 5PM cst.
  • Files must be print ready.

In Store Pickup

  • Prints will be available next day after 3pm cst.
  • It will not be available sooner.

Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped the next day you order.
  • Rush fee does not rush shipping.
  • Contact us to upgrade shipping (i.e. overnight, next day, etc.)
